Institutions interested in becoming a Cure HHT Center of Excellence are invited to begin the process by submitting an interest form.
The interest form is the first step in the application and accreditation process. It allows Cure HHT to conduct a preliminary review of your program’s readiness to meet the standards required for designation as an HHT Center of Excellence. It also reflects your institution’s commitment to advancing high-quality HHT care, education, research, and advocacy.
Before getting started, institutions should review the 2026 Criteria for Cure HHT Centers of Excellence, which outlines the clinical, operational, and program requirements for certification.
Institutions that meet the preliminary requirements will be invited to move forward by submitting the full New Center of Excellence Application for Certification Form.
