Director of Major Gifts

The Director of Major Gifts will serve as Cure HHT’s foundational fundraising leader, responsible for building and executing a comprehensive major gifts program. As the inaugural development hire, this position will continue to shape the systems, culture, and strategy that fuel Cure HHT’s next stage of philanthropic growth—driving transformative investment in our mission to Find, Treat, and Cure HHT.
This role combines strategic leadership and direct frontline fundraising. The Director will manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects ($10,000+), create the infrastructure for scalable fundraising, and partner with executive leadership, Board members, and volunteers to build a sustainable culture of philanthropy across the organization.
Grants & Finance Specialist
Full-time | Remote
The Grants and Finance Coordinator will manage all day-to-day financial operations at Cure HHT, with a primary focus on federal and industry grant accounting and operational finance. This role owns the financial lifecycles for the HRSA grant, the Pazopanib grant, research and clinical trial partnerships, and the organization's core operating finances -- ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and skilled at collaborating with staff, vendors, sub-awardees, and external accounting partners.
Reports To
Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) with close partnership with Cure HHT’s external accounting firm.
