Tribute Gifts and Memorials are meaningful ways to remember or honor loved ones by supporting a cause they believe in.
Your tribute gift is a meaningful way to support Cure HHT. Your generosity will allow us to serve the HHT community and make advances in diagnosis, treatment, and research.
Tribute Gifts
Make a secure online donation in memory of or in honor of a loved one by clicking the "Make a Tribute Gift" button on the right. Select "Dedicate this donation," then choose a dedication type. We will recognize your donation through a letter or email to the person or their family member, as you request on the form.
Check the Memorials section to see if there is a dedicated memorial page for your loved one.
