Hopkins Patient Survey: How Does HHT Affect You?

NEW SURVEY: The HHT Center of Excellence at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine invites you to participate in a research survey related to how symptoms of HHT have impacted you in your daily life.

This is a Cure HHT-funded research grant and participation will help make advancements in the clinical treatment of HHT, and better understand how the disease affects patients’ physical, emotional, and mental health.

By completing the 15-25 minute survey, you can play a role in helping to develop a standardized quality-of-life metric tool tailored to the global illness experience of those with HHT. Participation is voluntary, and your responses are confidential and anonymous. Additionally, As part of participation in this survey, Johns Hopkins is hosting a raffle for a new iPad Air. You will be prompted to enter following your completion of the survey.

Survey participants must be: Over the age of 18, English speaking, and diagnosed with definite HHT. If you meet these criteria, we ask you to consider participating.
