The Cornerstone Society

The Cornerstone Society was established to honor all those who have taken the special step of including Cure HHT in their estate plans through a bequest provision in their will or trust, a beneficiary designation, or a life-income gift. These important legacy commitments amplify Cure HHT’s ability to fund important research that will lead to more effective treatments and an eventual cure for HHT. Your gift can change the trajectory of HHT for future generations. The impact you can make will last forever.

How to Join

The following types of commitments qualify you for membership:

A bequest provision in your will or revocable trust;
A life-income gift that names Cure HHT as a remainder beneficiary, such as a gift annuity or charitable remainder trust;
A gift or assignment of qualified retirement plan assets, such as an IRA, 401(k) or 403(b);
A gift or assignment of a life insurance policy

If you have already included Cure HHT in your plans, we hope you will let us know. Your willingness to be listed as a member of The Cure HHT Cornerstone Society encourages others to follow your example. We acknowledge and respect those who wish to remain anonymous, but we urge you to let us know of your plans on a confidential basis in any case. It supports Cure HHT’s planning for the future. Of course, if you have not yet included Cure HHT in your plans and you would like to explore the best options for you and your family, do not hesitate to contact us. As a token of our appreciation, new members receive a Certificate of Appreciation. In addition, we hope you will allow us to recognize you as a member of the Cornerstone Society in official publications and on public recognition devices.
