How do I explain HHT and Cure HHT in an easy way?

Here is how we like to describe HHT and the organization, Cure HHT: 

HHT, or Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia, is a genetic disease that affects the blood vessels and allows for bleeding in various parts of the body. HHT is most often characterized by chronic nosebleeds, but other symptoms are prevalent in the body's main organs. Tragedies can occur from stroke, heart failure, lung hemorrhage, among other medical consequences, if HHT goes undiagnosed and unchecked. 

Cure HHT is the only organization dedicated to finding, treating and curing HHT. Awareness, diagnosis and management of this disease is vital for improving the lives of those who have HHT.
