Vaderis Therapeutics Announces Series B Financing and Initiation of the Global Phase 3 HEROIC Study

Cure HHT is thrilled to share this important milestone from Vaderis Therapeutics: the initiation of the global Phase 3 HEROIC study evaluating engasertib, an investigational oral therapy being studied for people with moderate-to-severe hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia. Cure HHT’s partnership with Vaderis began in 2021, marking an important early step in industry-sponsored clinical research for HHT and reflecting the company’s recognition of the urgent unmet needs facing our community. As the patient advocacy group partner aligned with this effort, Cure HHT is proud to help build global community interest, support education and awareness, and connect patients and families to information as this study moves forward.
