Before you contact a center

Clinicians move, clinics reorganize, and phone numbers change. Before you travel, confirm the details on the center’s own website or through the hospital’s main switchboard, and ask whether you need a referral from your own doctor first.

International Centers are listed separately from the North American network while formal certification is still being developed. Many of them have decades of HHT experience and work from the same International HHT Guidelines.

The national patient support groups listed here can help with the practical questions: which clinic is taking new patients, how referrals work in your country, and what to expect at a first visit.

Spot a detail that is out of date, or know of a center we are missing? Please let us know so we can correct it.
