The HEROIC Phase 3 trial (HHT-301) is enrolling now, with sites active in the United States and further sites in the United States and Europe opening.

The study is evaluating an oral capsule taken once a day by people living with hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT). It is designed to assess whether treatment reduces the frequency and severity of nosebleeds, improves quality of life, and is safe and well tolerated.
