HHT International Scientific Conference

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we would like to invite you to join us in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico for the 13th HHT International Scientific Conference. We will host a Welcome Reception on June 12th and scientific sessions on June 13-16, 2019.

The 2019 meeting will bring together the world’s leading HHT experts in both basic research as well as clinical practice and will focus on translating findings between these fields. Basic research is the engine that drives discovery of new drugs and therapies, but it relies on constant input and feedback from clinicians. Results of clinical research provide new insights in the best ways to diagnose and treat HHT. Submit your HHT Abstract now through February 15, 2019.

This biennial meeting is a must-attend event for both established and early-stage researchers, as well as clinicians experienced in treating HHT, and those just entering the field of HHT. Young Scholar Travel Awards Applications are being accepted.  The program will feature several outstanding keynote speakers, multiple cross-disciplinary sessions and extensive opportunities for presenting and viewing posters and for interdisciplinary discussions.

The “Island of Enchantment”, known for its rich culture, heritage and adventure, will be the venue for this year’s conference. Puerto Rico, located in the heart of the Caribbean, is known for its’ culinary delights, rainforest and white sand beaches with world class waves. The Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Puerto Rico Golf & Beach Resort, an exotic 4-star resort, offers guests an unmatched combination of culture and beauty.  This is a great place for kids and families so bring everyone. The beauty and tranquility of your surroundings will only enhance the 3 and ½ days of collegial and stimulating HHT talks and poster sessions that we have planned for you!

We can’t wait to see you in Puerto Rico next June!
